ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the internal sales team and take ownership of inbound trade enquiries from first contact through to accurate quote delivery and order management. You'll work directly with builders, contractors, and project managers who depend on your accuracy and reliability to keep their projects on track.
No cold calling. No trade tools required. The enquiries come to you. Your job is to turn them into long-term customer relationships through accuracy, follow-through, and product knowledge you'll build from day one.

DUTIES

• Manage inbound trade enquiries from builders, contractors, and project managers
• Prepare accurate project quotes and pricing using estimating tools
• Process confirmed orders and coordinate delivery scheduling
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with repeat commercial clients
• Support the external sales team with product knowledge and pipeline management

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Confident communicator. comfortable engaging with builders, contractors, and project teams
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail, quoting accuracy is non-negotiable
• Background in internal sales, trade counter, customer service, retail, or commercial admin
• Comfortable learning estimating or order management systems
• Reliable, organised, and follows through

Prior experience in ceiling systems or commercial fit-out is a bonus, not a requirement. If you understand how to deal with builders and can quote accurately, we want to hear from you.
